dc.description.abstractThis guide is intended primarily for parents or caregivers to assist their child who may be struggling with early symptoms of anxiety. This guide provides an overview of anxiety, different types of anxiety, cognitive-behavioural informed skills and approaches, as well as guiding questions on how to use storybooks to guide conversations with children for a range of anxiety challenges.
